Babou Arraw Mil
Granulated millet semolina. It’s a cereal that’s often eaten for breakfast, as it’s a light dish that provides a lot of energy. Arraw is also prepared and served at celebrations for the birth of children.

This is a sweet dish. With the water boiling, the arraw is gradually added and left to cook for 30 minutes. Then, a pinch of salt is added, and once cooked, it can be mixed with milk or yogurt. If you prefer something sweeter, you can also add “Neuteuri Sauce” (a mixture of Babou peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla, powdered sugar, and baobab fruit).
