Babou Thiacry Mil

Medium-grain millet semolina, used to prepare desserts, is a cereal that has been steamed or parboiled, which is why it has a darker color.

This is a sweet dish. Mix the millet with hot water, cover, and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then microwave for 10-15 minutes to soften and hydrate it. Once soft, add nutmeg, butter, and lemon or orange zest, and stir well. Next, add yogurt, Carnation sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix again. Let it cool and serve chilled.
